My studio and healing spaces are special. I built them to be. And I’ve invested in myself time and time again to ensure that what I bring to the table in support of your transformation is GENTLE and JUICY. My art and offerings are luxe because I believe healing should feel supportive, especially when we are facing our own Ick. Being in my energy is a sweet sigh of relief - a cuppa in front of a fire at the end of a long, winter day. I want this level of peace and joy and ease for you; it’s what I am here to show, teach, and unlock.

My path has been winding. I’ve ping-ponged all over the U.S. I’ve traveled the world. I’ve switched careers. I’ve been burned by corporate America and the so-called American Dream. I’ve faced grief, anxiety, depression, angst, anger, bitterness, PTSD, and had many false starts and restarts along the way. I’ve stumbled. I’ve fallen flat on my face. I’ve leaned into my art to help me process. And, in my hunger for healing, I’ve learned SO much!

My journey of self-discovery inspired me to obtain certifications as a hypnotherapist, breathwork facilitator, and Reiki practitioner,
because I knew I had to share these gently powerful healing methods with the world.

Now I get to weave all of this together for a rarified, highly impactful healing experience.

What took me years of seeking, absorbing, and integrating, I have condensed into a singular process to make it more easeful for others to experience a deep, satisfying peace within themselves…
